Fáilte – Welcome to the learn Irish Belfast site facilitated by Mogalra na Gaeilge a network of Irish language centres who all specialise in providing Irish language courses for adults and children as well as providing events where you can get to use and practice your Irish.
This site aims to provide as much information as possible on Irish language courses, events and activities available in Béal Feirste.
Here you will find a broad range of courses, daytime and evening, from complete beginner, just starting from scratch to learn the language through a series of levels leading to GCSE Irish, A level and for those just looking to practice their spoken Irish there are a number of comhrá classes around the city.
Details will also be found of weekend courses throughout the year and Gaeltacht trips organised by various centres.

Mogalra na Gaeilge is a network of course providers which currently includes Cultúrlann McAdam.óFiaich, An Droichead, Glór na Móna, Ionad Uíbh Eachach and Cumann Cultúrtha Mhic Reachtáin. Any Irish course provider is welcome to join and participate in the Mogalra and place their courses on this site, just contact us.
Courses are supported primarily by Belfast Metropolitan College, Queens University Open Learning, Foras na Gaeilge, Iontaobhas Ultach and Conradh na Gaeilge as well as individual GAA clubs and independent sources.
